What is this tool? This tool copies data from the production database to a non-production environment (dev/UAT). Choose a mode below based on what you need to refresh.

Object Refresh

Copy specific tables and sequences from prod to dev. Best for refreshing a single application's data without affecting other teams.

Most Common

Schema Refresh

Copy an entire schema (all tables, sequences, views, etc.). Use this when you need everything from a schema, not just specific tables.

Large

Full DB Copy

Replace the entire dev database with a copy of prod. This deletes all existing dev data. Requires team lead approval.

Used for audit trail and notifications. Enter your first.last name.

Refresh Progress

Your refresh is running. This page refreshes every 15 seconds while open. You can safely close this tab — the job keeps running to completion in the background (advanced automatically every 60 seconds) and you'll still receive Google Chat updates for each phase and the final result. Only the on-screen progress below pauses; reopen this page any time to jump back to the current status.
